Your Data Stays on Your Device

ZYNAURO is designed with a privacy-first approach. All exercise scores and practice results — including distortion, dynamic range, frequency, compression, and speech-in-noise data — are stored exclusively on your own device using your browser's local storage.

No quiz data is ever transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party. No account or login is required to use the app. No personal information is collected, sold, shared, or processed by Virtual Interactive, Inc. in connection with your test results.

The only data that exists is what you see on your own screen. If you clear your browser's local storage or uninstall the app, your data is permanently gone — there is no backup copy anywhere else.

Your activity history is available anytime on the Activity History page.

Safety Acknowledgment & Assumption of Risk

I understand that ZYNAURO is intended for hearing awareness, audio-frequency familiarization, and personal listening evaluation only. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any medical condition, and is not a substitute for evaluation by a licensed audiologist, physician, or hearing-care professional.

I understand that listening to tones, quiz signals, or audio at excessive volume may cause discomfort. I agree to begin at a low volume, follow all in-app safety instructions, avoid prolonged exposure, and stop immediately if I experience pain, ringing, pressure, discomfort, dizziness, or any unusual symptoms.

I accept full responsibility for my device, headphone, and listening-volume settings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release ZYNAURO, its owners, developers, affiliates, and distributors from liability for injury or other harm resulting from misuse of the app, excessive volume, failure to follow safety instructions, or use of the app contrary to its intended purpose.
