ZYNAURO
Comfortable Listening Level
Before starting, set your volume to a comfortable level using the in-app slider. This is a personal preference setting, not a precise measurement.
Listening at high volumes for long periods can be uncomfortable. Keep the level in the green zone — clearly audible but not harsh.
- Put on your headphones now
- We'll play white noise and you adjust the slider
- Find a level that's comfortable — not too loud, not too quiet
- This level will be used for all quizzes
